Diana T. Burns, CPA, MST
Overview
Diana Burns knows taxes. When she served as a Tax Partner at Gray, Gray & Gray, Diana was responsible for the careful planning and timely execution of tax strategies for clients of all sizes and types. Her mastery of the intricacies of complex tax laws served the clients of Gray, Gray & Gray very well.
Diana is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Massachusetts Society of CPAs and CPAmerica, Inc., a nationwide network of independent accounting firms.
Diana received her B.S. in Mathematics from the University of South Carolina, where she also attained her Master’s degree in Accountancy. In addition, Diana earned a Master of Science degree in Taxation from Bentley University.
An avid sailor and skier, Diana is active in the community and serves as Treasurer and Director of the Hull Lifesaving Museum.
