Following are expectations that must be mutually agreed upon in advance of our team committing to any on-site work at your location. Should you be unable to meet these requirements at this time, our team is well-prepared to leverage virtual technology to conduct the work or reschedule as appropriate.
- Any on-site work at a client’s location must be mutually agreed upon in advance.
- When client visitations do occur, clients must adhere to the following safeguards:
- A dedicated conference room or socially distanced workspace will be provided to Gray, Gray & Gray team members
- Only one Gray, Gray & Gray person will be allowed in the conference room/workspace. If the client can provide two separate spaces, we can send two team members, etc.
- Face coverings must be worn by Gray, Gray & Gray and client personnel
- Client will notify Gray, Gray & Gray if anyone has tested positive for COVID at their office prior to Gray, Gray & Gray team member(s) arriving on-site.
- Gray, Gray & Gray team members must be comfortable going on-site, and are required to complete and pass the Gray, Gray & Gray ProtectWell health questionnaire in advance of going to a client location.
- All parties must practice appropriate social distancing (at least six feet) and use of face coverings.
- All in-person client meetings are discouraged and will only occur when deemed necessary by the Engagement Partner.
- Gray, Gray & Gray team members should continue to leverage virtual technology such as Teams, Zoom and GoToMeeting to conduct client work.
Please note that Gray, Gray & Gray team members are authorized to politely excuse themselves from a client site if the client is not adhering to safety guidelines.
