20 years of studies have shown that the key skill of effective leaders and teammates is their capacity to communicate effectively. This session will be led by Francesca Radbill of Radbill Consulting. She’ll cover how to communicate like a leader by listening effectively, understanding the frameworks from which we communicate and coming from a place of solution. We’ll wrap up the session by talking about the importance of professional presence and email etiquette.
