A complicated audit is a welcome challenge to Francis McCarthy. As a Manager on the Gray, Gray & Gray Audit & Assurance team, Frank brings the Power of More^® to every engagement through his extensive experience in managing audit teams for a wide range of clients.

Frank is especially proficient at the detailed process of disentangling the financial reporting for companies doing business in multiple states, or with interests across multiple industries. He is also a leader in our Employee Benefit Plan Audit practice, with experience performing 403(b) and defined benefit plan audits.

Prior to joining Gray, Gray & Gray in 2015, Frank held accounting positions at Winstanley Enterprises, CDMI Health, Hughes & Company CPAs, and the Town of Burlington, Mass.

Frank is a graduate of Roger Williams University and earned a Master of Science in Accounting degree from the University of Massachusetts-Lowell. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Massachusetts Society of CPAs (MassCPAs).
