Lena DeCosta, CPA, MBA
Overview
The process of buying, selling, or merging a business is complex and requires intense focus on details, an ability to acquire, sort and prioritize information, and a commitment to presenting facts in an organized and timely manner. These are qualities which Lena DeCosta has in abundance, making her an essential part of our Transaction Advisory Services team.
Lena brings the Power of More® to clients throughout their transaction, supporting the process through due diligence, Quality of Earnings reports, and financial reporting that delivers an accurate picture. The result is more information, more insight, and more certainty in the chosen course of action.
Prior to joining Gray, Gray & Gray in 2021, Lena served as Accounting & Audit Supervisor at Bruce D. Norling, CPA. In addition, Lena led finance teams in both private and publicly held corporations, including Columbia Tech and IDEX Corporation.
Lena earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth and a Master’s in Business from Bryant University. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Massachusetts Society of CPAs.
