Susan Copeland puts her more than 20 years of tax experience to work to deliver the Power of More for clients. Susan has in-depth expertise in all areas of taxation, with a special focus on closely held and family owned businesses.

She has worked with companies of all types and sizes, providing tax compliance and strategic tax planning for both the business and its owners. She is particularly adept at the demanding process of researching complex tax issues in order to develop the most favorable resolution. 

Prior to joining Gray, Gray & Gray in 2014, Susan was a Tax Manager with Richardson & Company, PC, in Medway, MA. She also held prominent tax management roles with Fletcher, Tilton & Whipple, PC in Worcester, MA, Bollus Lynch, LLP in Worcester, and with KMPG in Providence, RI.

Susan is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts-Dartmouth, where she earned a BS degree in Accounting. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Massachusetts Society of CPAs (MassCPAs).
