As a Partner in our Transaction Advisory Services practice, Rich Frizzell is dedicated to bringing the Power of More^® to clients who are buying, selling or merging a business. Rich leads an experienced team that coordinates and executes buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements, quality of earnings (QOE) reports, and financial analysis for M&A clients. He has deep experience working with clients in a wide range of industries, including manufacturing & distribution, construction, architecture & engineering, and professional services.

Rich began his career at Gray, Gray and Gray in 2012 as member of the firm’s Audit & Assurance practice group. This experience has given him a strong understanding of accounting and financial reporting for companies of varying sizes and stages of growth, which he applies to every engagement.

Rich is a cum laude graduate of Saint Anselm College, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. Rich also holds a Master’s degree in Accounting from Northeastern University. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Massachusetts Society of CPAs (MassCPAs).
